Systems & Services Technologies, Inc. Customer Payment Portal Terms of Use
Welcome to accountinfo.com, a payment portal (the Portal) run and maintained by Systems & Services Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary company of Alorica Inc. We are committed to providing you with this easy to access, easy to use, secure payment portal to pay the account you've established with your Lender.
By accessing or using our payment portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any of the below, do not use this portal, and use any of the other payment options provided you by your Lender.

General
The Portal is a website maintained by Systems & Services Technologies, Inc. that enables you to view the status of your account, make payments, and otherwise self-service your account. It may also enable you to store and manage the method by which you make payments on your account.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue your access to this Portal at any time without prior notice. Please note that if we suspend your access to this Portal, you are still obligated to make payments on your account, as set forth in your Loan Agreement.

Using the Portal
To use the Portal, you will need access to the account number specific to each account you may have with us. You will need to create a username and maintain a password to access your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and explicitly acknowledge that if you fail to maintain such confidentiality, neither Alorica nor Systems & Services Technologies, Inc., nor your Lender, will be responsible for unauthorized access to the Portal which may result.
Should you discover any unauthorized use of your account, you will notify us immediately.

Payment Terms
By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. You may only set up payments using a valid debit card, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods as specified on the Portal. You agree that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided and that you have sufficient funds to complete the transaction.
All transactions are final unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any payment for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or technical errors. If a payment fails for any reason, including insufficient funds, you may be responsible for any fees or penalties imposed by your financial institution.
You acknowledge that additional processing fees, service charges, or third-party fees may apply depending on the payment method used.
We are not responsible for any delays in processing caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.

Restricted Activities
You must use the Portal in a lawful manner, and must obey all laws, rules, and regulations ("Laws") that apply to your use of the Portal. You must not, and must not allow others to: (i) access or attempt to access non-public systems, programs, data, or services; (ii) work around any of the technical limitations of the Portal or enable disabled or prohibited functionality; (iii) reverse engineer or attempt to reverse engineer the Portal except as expressly permitted by Laws; (iv) perform or attempt to perform any actions that would interfere with the normal operation of the Portal or affect our other users' use of the Portal; or (v) impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Portal.

Privacy Policy
Alorica's Privacy Policy governs your use of the Portal. This Policy can is located on the front page of the Portal, or on the front page of Alorica.com.

Security
We employ industry-standard security measures, including encryption, firewalls, and secure socket layer (SSL) technology, to protect your personal and financial information.
You can help protect unauthorized access to your account by using unique login credentials. You must maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. We strongly recommend using a strong password and regularly updating your credentials.
You agree to let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.
While we implement robust security measures, no system is entirely immune to cyber threats. You acknowledge that any transmission of data over the internet carries inherent risks, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We continuously watch for suspicious activity and may temporarily suspend access or require additional verification steps if we detect potential security threats.
Unauthorized attempts to access, change, or disrupt the Portal's security features are prohibited and may result in legal action.

Disclaimers
The Portal, including all content, software, functions, materials, and information made available on, provided in connection with, or accessible through the Portal, are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permissible by law, Alorica and its affiliates, and their agents and independent contractors (the "Disclaiming Entities") make no representation or warranty of any kind whatsoever for the Portal, including the services, content, materials, information and functions made accessible by the Portal, or for any breach of security associated with the transmission of sensitive information through the Portal. Each Disclaiming Entity disclaims without limitation all warranties of any kind with respect to the services, noninfringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Disclaiming Entities do not warrant that the functions contained in the Portal will be uninterrupted or error free. The Disclaiming Entities will not be responsible for any service interruptions, including system failures or other interruptions that may affect the receipt, processing, acceptance, completion or settlement of payment transactions. The Disclaiming Entities are not responsible for the accuracy of any payment instrument, offer, or reward program information, including whether that information is accurate.

Limitation of Liability
In no event will any Disclaiming Entity be responsible or liable to you or any third party under any circumstances for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages or losses, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses which may be incurred in connection with any Disclaiming Entity or the use of the Portal, or any goods, services, or information purchased, received, sold, or paid for by way of the Portal, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action, even if the Disclaiming Entity has been advised of the possibility of such damage or loss. Each party acknowledges that the other party has entered into these Terms of Service relying on the limitations of liability stated in this Section and that those limitations are an essential basis of the bargain between the parties. In addition to and without limiting any of the foregoing, no Disclaiming Entity will have any liability for any failure or delay resulting from any condition beyond the reasonable control of that party, including governmental action or acts of terrorism, earthquake, fire, flood or other acts of God, labor conditions, power failures and Internet disturbances.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service will be governed by the laws of California, except for California's choice of law rules, and by applicable federal United States laws. Each party agrees to submit to personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Irvine California and each party waives all objections to that jurisdiction and venue.

Modification of Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Portal, unless otherwise stated. We will notify users of significant changes through the Portal, email, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Portal after modifications are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must discontinue your use of the Portal.

Miscellaneous
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Service is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Service otherwise remain in full force and effect and remain enforceable between the parties. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of the section. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of the Portal. These Terms of Service are not intended and will not be construed to create any rights or remedies in any parties other than you and us, and no other person will have the ability to assert any rights as a third party beneficiary under these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service do not limit any rights that we may have under trade secret, copyright, patent, or other laws.
